This very idea inspired the creation of a place in the historic center of Dvůr Králové nad Labem, combining the character of the original building with modern and thoughtful accommodation.

ART Apartments offers five self-catering apartments with comfortable beds, modern amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere for couples, families, groups, and business stays.

Some apartments offer views of the historic T. G. Masaryk Square, while others lead directly to the garden – a peaceful green space hidden in the city center.

The building also features a spacious rooftop terrace, bordered on one side by the original medieval wall. Both the garden and the terrace are open to all guests, offering a spot for morning coffee, relaxation after an excursion, and leisurely evenings under the open sky.

Our Story

For over twenty years, we have been dedicated to providing accommodation services in Dvůr Králové nad Labem. During this time, we have welcomed thousands of guests and gained invaluable experience, which we have poured into the creation of ART Apartments.

When we discovered the historic burgher house on T. G. Masaryk Square, we saw an opportunity to create a place that would be truly different. A place where the character of original architecture meets a modern, simple, and comfortable way of traveling.

Through a sensitive renovation, we preserved many original elements that give the house its unique atmosphere. Arched ceilings, exposed brickwork, and historical details are now complemented by modern amenities, a self-service system, and thoughtful facilities for a comfortable stay.

The house also features a garden and a rooftop terrace, creating a tranquil spot for relaxation right in the city center.

From the very beginning, our vision was to create accommodation that is easy to use, pleasant to stay in, and feels natural to live in. A place where guests will love to return.
